Nut Dough for Cake

- 200 g flour
- 150 g hazelnuts
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 a piece large Egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare a cake tin.
2. Step
In a bowl, mix the flour with the ground nuts and baking powder.
3. Step
In another bowl, beat the butter with sugar until foamy. Add the egg and continue beating.
4. Step
Gradually add the dry mix to the bowl with butter and mix until a uniform dough is formed.
5. Step
Often pour into a prepared mold and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes, or until it is nicely golden brown.

After removing from the oven, let the nut dough cool completely before you start filling it.
