Nutella Crepes
A delicious recipe for crepes filled with Nutella hazelnut spread. Perfect for breakfast or a scrumptious snack.
Ingredients
Crepe
- 250 g flour
- 500 ml milk
- 2 unit Eggs
- 50 g butter
- 1 pinch Halls
Filling
- 200 g Nutella

Directions
In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the milk. Slowly pour the egg and milk mix into the bowl with the flour, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Melt the butter in a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan, tilting it so that the batter covers the entire surface. Cook until the edges easily detach with a spatula, about 2 minutes. Flip the crepe and cook for another 2 minutes. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
Spread a spoonful of Nutella on each crepe. Fold the crepes in half and then into quarters. Serve immediately.
