Oven-Roasted Turkey Breast
This Oven-Roasted Turkey Breast recipe is a simple, classic holiday main dish which is seasoned with rosemary, sage, and thyme for the most succulent and flavorful outcome. It's gluten-free and serves 6.

- 3 Pounds bone-in turkey breast
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and position a rack in the lower third of the oven.
Rinse the turkey breast under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, rosemary, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Rub the herb mixture all over the turkey breast, making sure to get it under the skin as well.
Place the turkey breast skin-side up on a rack in a roasting pan.
Roast in the preheated oven for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature of the thickest part of the breast reads 165°F (74°C).
Remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
