Pancakes with whipped cream
Delicious pancakes with whipped cream and fruit are an ideal dessert or sweet dish, especially popular among children.

- 2 pcs Eggs
- 1⁄2 l milk
- 1 pinch salt

- 250 ml whipped cream
- 2 tablespoon confectionery sugar

1. Step
Pour the flour into a bowl, add eggs, salt and gradually add milk. Whisk everything together until smooth.
2. Step
Heat up some oil in a pan and evenly spread the batter. Fry from one side until the edge of the pancake starts to brown. Then flip the pancake and cook it from the other side as well.
3. Step
While the pancakes are baking, pour the cream into a bowl and add powdered sugar. Whip until stiff.
