Pasta with Mozzarella and Tomatoes
A tasty and quick recipe for pasta with mozzarella and tomatoes, which is excellent for a quick lunch or dinner.

- 400 g Noodles

- 2 a piece mozzarella
- 300 g fresh tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 a piece garlic
- salt
- black pepper

1. Step
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
2. Step
Meanwhile, cut the mozzarella into cubes and tomatoes in half.
3. Step
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the crushed garlic, roast it until it starts to smell.
4. Step
Add the chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper and sauté over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until the tomatoes soften a bit.
5. Step
Add the sliced mozzarella and cooked pasta to the pan with tomatoes, stir everything and let it sit on the pan for a while so the flavors can meld.
6. Step
Serve warm sprinkled with basil.
