Pasta with smoked salmon and cream sauce
This recipe for pasta with smoked salmon and cream sauce is one of my favorites. I prepare it quite often because it is very tasty, quick and convenient to prepare. The salmon adds flavour and nutrition to the dish, while the cream sauce adds a creamy consistency that complements the pasta perfectly.
Ingredients
- 250 g pasta
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 ml cooking cream
- oil
- Salt and black pepper
- Herbs for sprinkling

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. I recommend adding a little oil and salt to the boiling water to keep the pasta from sticking.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the finely chopped garlic.
After a while, add the smoked salmon cut into thin strips. The salmon should be seared only briefly over medium heat so that it does not dry out.
Then pour the cream into the pan, season to taste and leave to boil.
Finally, add the cooked and drained pasta and mix everything thoroughly.
Finally, you can garnish the dish with parsley or herbs and serve.
