- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs carrot
- 1 pcs parsley
- 300 g peas
- 11⁄2 l water
- 2 pcs bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1. Step
Peel and finely chop the onion, carrot and parsley root.
2. Step
Saute the onion until golden in the pan.
3. Step
Add the chopped carrot and parsley, sauté for a few more minutes.
4. Step
Add peas, bay leaf, salt, and pepper, cover with water and cook everything together for approximately 20 minutes, until the vegetables and peas are soft.
5. Step
