Peach Bubble Cake
Tasty and simple Peach Bubble Cake, which is a great summer dessert. You can prepare it without any problems from commonly available ingredients.

- 1 packing baking powder
- 2 pcs egg
- 125 g butter
- 150 ml milk

1. Step
First, we prepare the ingredients for the dough. We sift the flour into a larger bowl, add sugar, baking powder, eggs, melted butter and milk. Mix everything well.
2. Step
Peel the peaches, remove the pits and cut into smaller pieces.
3. Step
Pour the dough into a greased and floured mold. Evenly distribute the sliced peaches on the dough.
4. Step
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Before the end of baking, prick the sponge cake with a skewer, if no dough remains on it, it is done.
5. Step
Let it cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
