Pork in tomato sauce
Recipe for a great pork in tomato sauce that I cook at least once a week.

- 700 g Of pork
- 2 pcs large onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 400 g Tomato puree
- 2 kl Salts
- 1 kl ground paprika
- 1⁄2 kl ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 litres Waters
- 4 spoons olive oil
- 2 spoons broth

1. Step
I start by cutting my meat into small pieces. Then I fry them in olive oil until they get a nice golden colour.
2. Step
Then I add chopped onion and thinly sliced cucumber.
3. Step
Now I add tomato paste, salt, paprika and pepper. I mix everything and add half the water and broth. Cook all this on low heat for about an hour until the meat is completely tender. If the sauce is too thick, I add a little more water.
