- 250 g mushroom
- 1 a piece onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 500 ml beef broth
- salt
- cumin
- black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- sugar
- vinegar

1. Step
Cut the meat into cubes and season with salt. Clean and chop the mushrooms.
2. Step
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add finely chopped onion and garlic.
3. Step
When the onions turn golden brown, add the meat and fry until brown.

Then add the sliced mushrooms, cumin, a little pepper and pour the broth over everything.

Let the meat simmer for about an hour. Then add the flour dissolved in water, stir and let it simmer for a while.
