Pork on Sour Cabbage

- 4 Pieces pork tenderloin
- 500 grams sour cabbage
- 2 Pieces onion
- 2 Pieces cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons sweet paprika

- 2 teaspoons salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
2. Step
Heat up the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the pork loin on both sides. Place the fried loin on a paper towel.
3. Step
In the same pan, fry the chopped onion until golden. Add chopped garlic and fry for another 2 minutes.
4. Step
Add the sauerkraut and cook for another 5 minutes. Then add sweet pepper, salt, ground black pepper and stir well.
5. Step
Put the sauerkraut in the baking dish, then put the pork loin on top of it and bake together for about 60 minutes.
