Pumpkin Pancakes
Tasty and easy to make pumpkin pancakes. Perfect for an autumn dinner or supper.

- 1 piece Small pumpkin
- 2 Piece Eggs
- 4 spoons Wheat flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoons Salts
- 2 Piece cloves of garlic
- 2 spoons Vegetable oil for frying

1. Step
We peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and center, and then grate it on a grater with large holes.
2. Step
We add eggs, garlic pressed through a crusher, flour and salt to the grated pumpkin. Mix thoroughly.
3. Step
On a heated pan with oil, we put portions of dough and fry on both sides until golden brown.
4. Step
We drain the ready-made pancakes on a paper towel. We serve warm.
