Quick & Easy Spicy Shrimp Sauce Tacos
Enjoy a light yet flavorful meal with these Shrimp Tacos, packed with deliciously seasoned shrimp, crunchy cabbage slaw, delectable spicy cream sauce all assembled in a warm tortilla. Ingredients
- 1 lb of Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of Chipotle Chili Powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small tortillas
- 2 cups of shredded cabbage
- 1⁄4 Cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tbls of lime juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of Sriracha
- fresh cilantro for garnish
- Lime wedges for serving

Start by heating the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Season the shrimp with garlic powder, chipotle chili powder, and a little bit of salt and pepper.
Add the shrimp to the heated pan, and cook until they're pink and opaque. This usually takes about 5-7 minutes.
While the shrimp is cooking, prepare the spicy cream sauce. Mix the mayonnaise, lime juice, and sriracha in a small bowl. Adjust heat level according to preference. Set this aside for later.
To assemble the tacos, spread a layer of the spicy cream sauce on a tortilla, add some shredded cabbage and then top with a few pieces of cooked shrimp. Repeat this for the remaining tacos.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with a wedge of lime on the side for some extra tanginess.
