Quick Healthy Japanese Carrot Salad Dressing
This Japanese Salad Dressing is an incredibly flavorful addition to any salad. The light, tasty dressing is the perfect combination of savory and tart, with a touch of sweetness that brings out the best in any easter or summer salad. Homemade and as fresh as can be!

Ingredients

 - 1⁄4 Cup rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 tbls of Canola oil
- salt and pepper to taste

1. Step 
  First, gather all of your ingredients in one place.
2. Step 
  To a small bowl or jar, add the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced ginger, minced garlic, sugar, sesame seeds and canola oil.
3. Step 
  Stir or shake vigorously until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
4. Step 
  Add salt and pepper to taste, and again mix well to combine.
5. Step 
  Use dressing immediately or store it in the refrigerator.
6. Step 
  Bring it to room temperature and shake it well before using.
