- 1⁄4 Cup rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 tbls of Canola oil
- salt and pepper to taste

1. Step
First, gather all of your ingredients in one place.

To a small bowl or jar, add the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced ginger, minced garlic, sugar, sesame seeds and canola oil.

Stir or shake vigorously until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

Add salt and pepper to taste, and again mix well to combine.

Use dressing immediately or store it in the refrigerator.
