Quick homemade loaf
I admit that I myself was afraid of homemade bread for a long time, but since I made my first loaf of homemade bread, I realized how easy and satisfying the results can be. After all, there's nothing better than the smell of freshly baked, crusty loaf filling the kitchen. And most importantly, there are no artificial additives.

Directions
In a large bowl, mix the flour with the salt, then add the dry yeast.
Pour the lukewarm water into the middle. It is very important that it is neither too hot nor too cold, as this can affect the work of the yeast.
Knead the whole mixture, first with a spoon and then by hand. The actual kneading time is no more than 15 minutes.
Add a tablespoon of oil to the dough and work it in thoroughly. The oil helps the dough not stick to the sides of the pan.
Cover the bowl with a tea towel and leave the dough to rise in a warm, draught-free place for about 2 hours.
Once it has risen, knead the dough again and shape it into two loaves. Make sure the surface is smooth.
Let rest again for 20-30 minutes, then brush with egg white.
Bake in a preheated oven at medium heat (180 degrees) for about 30-35 minutes.
When the crust is nice and golden brown and crispy, remove from the oven and leave to cool.
