Refrigerator Pizza Dough
A simple pizza recipe that allows you to prepare the dough a day in advance and let it ferment in the refrigerator. This gives it a unique taste and texture.
Ingredients
- 300 g special fine flour
- 200 ml water
- 1 g dry yeast
- 2 g sugar
- 5 g salt
- 15 ml olive oil

In a large bowl, combine water, yeast, and sugar, let it stand for 15 minutes.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the mixture.
Mix the mixture and knead the dough. If it's too sticky, add a bit of flour. If it's too dry, add a bit of water.
Place the ready-made dough in a bowl, cover it and put it in the fridge. Let it ferment for 24 hours.
On the second day, remove the dough from the fridge and let it rest for 2 hours before preparing the pizza.
