- 100 g sugar

- 500 g rhubarb
- 50 g sugar

1. Step
Dough: In a bowl, we mix flour, sugar, and baking powder. We add eggs and butter and make a smooth dough. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
2. Step
Cottage cheese filling: Mix the cottage cheese with sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
3. Step
Rhubarb filling: Clean the rhubarb, cut it into pieces and mix it with sugar.
4. Step
Baking: Line the mold with the dough, apply the curd filling on it, and sprinkle with rhubarb. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about an hour. Let it cool down and then sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
