- 1 kg pork neck
- 1 kg potato
- 4 cloves garlic
- sea salt
- black pepper
- rosemary
- olive oil

1. Step
Cut the neck into 4 equal pieces, so that individually all the pieces bake equally. Season each piece with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
2. Step
Peel and slice the potatoes. Season the potatoes well with salt and pepper. Peel and chop the garlic. Drizzle with oil and mix thoroughly.
3. Step
Place the potatoes on the bottom of a greased baking sheet and place the neck meat on top of the potatoes.
4. Step
Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for about an hour and a half. After about an hour, stir the neck and potatoes and top up with water as necessary.
