Roasted tomatoes
Recipe for a tasty side dish that goes well with many dishes. Roasted tomatoes prepared in oil.

- 8 pcs tomato
- 3 cloves garlic
- sea salt
- black pepper
- olive oil

1. Step
Wash the tomatoes and cut in half.
2. Step
Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Then drizzle them with olive oil, salt and pepper. Don't forget the garlic, which you spread directly on the surface of the tomatoes. I always do this, it gives the dish a whole other level of flavour.
3. Step
Bake the tomatoes in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
