Roasted Veal in the Oven
This traditional Slovak recipe for roasted veal in the oven is easy to prepare and is full of flavors. The meat is gently marinated and roasted to a golden color, creating an amazing taste and texture. Great for family lunches or dinners.

- 1 kg veal
Marinade
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 pcs Fresh rosemary
- 2 spoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Pat the veal dry with a paper towel and place it in a large roasting pan.
To prepare the marinade, mix the garlic cloves, fresh rosemary, olive oil, salt, and ground black pepper. Rub the marinade on the meat.
Put the meat in the oven and bake for about 1.5 hours, or until the meat is gently golden and the thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the meat shows 70°C.
Remove the finished meat from the oven and let it rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing. Then serve with your favorite side dish.
