- 1 g Soup
Sauce
- 1 dl white wine
- 1 g butter
- 1 g flour
- 1 dl heavy cream

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Season the turkey with salt and pepper, then place it in the oven for 1 hour.
After the time has elapsed, pour the turkey with the white wine.
Bake it for a further 30 minutes, then remove from the oven and keep it warm.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the flour, then thicken it with cream.
Slice the turkey and pour over the sauce.
