Salmon with tomato sauce
Delicious grilled salmon with tomato sauce, accompanied by grilled vegetables and tomato sauce.

- 4 a piece salmon fillets
- Salt, black pepper
- olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 a piece Onions
- 1 can tomato
- 100 ml White wines
- 1 spoon sugar
- 1 spoon dried basil

1. Step
Season the salmon with salt and pepper and let it rest for at least 15 minutes.
2. Step
Then fry the garlic and onion in a heated pan with a little olive oil until the onion is golden in colour.
3. Step
Add the can of tomatoes, wine, sugar and basil. Stir and simmer for at least 10 minutes to combine the flavours.
4. Step
In a second pan or on the grill, sear the salmon. First for about 4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes or until soft.
5. Step
Place the finished salmon on a plate and serve with tomato sauce and vegetables.
