- 3 egg
- 100 g hard cheese
- 50 g cottage cheese
- 60 g spelt flour
- ground black pepper
- Dried garlic

Grate both the pumpkin and cheese coarsely. Mix all the ingredients, transfer to a baking paper lined mold (22cm diameter) and bake at 200 degrees for approximately 40-45 minutes.
