Savoury Impossible Spinach Cheese Pastry Pie
This vegetarian savory pie known as Impossible Spinach Pie is the perfect combination of spinach and cheese in a light, fluffy crust. Ingredients
- 1 Package of frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 1 Cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 Cup of chopped onion
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 Cup whole milk
- 1⁄2 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon of pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon of paprika
- 1⁄4 teaspoon of baking powder
- Butter for greasing pan

Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly butter a 9-inch pie dish.
Mix the spinach, onion, garlic, and cheese thoroughly in a bowl and spread evenly in a greased pie dish.
In another bowl, combine the eggs, milk, flour, salt, pepper, paprika and baking powder. Beat until well mixed.
Pour this mixture over the spinach, onion, garlic and cheese in the pie dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until firm and golden.
Cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
