Simple pizza dough
We'll show you how to bake a simple pizza dough that's crispy yet tender and flavourful.
Ingredients
- 500 g Plain flour
- 300 ml lukewarm water
- 1 packing dried yeast
- 1 kl sugar
- 2 kl Salts
- 2 tablespoon olive oil

Directions
Mix the yeast, sugar and lukewarm water in a bowl. Leave the yeast to work for about 10 minutes.
Put the flour in another bowl and add the salt. Mix everything well. Then add the yeast starter and oil to the flour and stir until all the ingredients are combined.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and begin to knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. If the dough becomes too sticky, add a little flour.
When the dough is ready, put it back in the bowl, cover with a towel and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour until it has doubled in volume.
After rising, divide the dough into 4 equal parts and you can start preparing the pizza according to your taste.
