1. Step

We separate the eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the egg whites into a frothy consistency with 1 tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of salt. Beat the yolks with sugar, add oil, water, lemon zest, flour and gently fold in the egg white foam. Pour the dough on a baking sheet with baking paper, spread evenly and bake at 180°C, for 15 minutes. After baking, let it cool down for a while and roll it up while it's still warm.

2. Step

We prepare the filling according to the instructions (I have changed the ratio and used 300ml of cream + 200g of curd cheese). Spread the cream on the roll and roll it up.

3. Step

We prepare the ganache by heating the whipped cream, adding chocolate, and pouring it over the roulade. We let it cool for a couple of hours.
