- 1 kg pork tenderloin
- salt and pepper
- barbecue seasoning
- 2 tablespoon Ointment
- 1 a piece onion
- mushrooms
- 2 a piece cloves of garlic
- Slices of cheese
- Orava bacon

1. Step
Cut the pork tenderloin in the middle, season with salt and pepper.
2. Step
Sprinkle it also with barbecue seasoning.
3. Step
Saute mushrooms and chopped garlic in lard.
4. Step
Fill the pork tenderloin with the mixture.

Put cheese on top and wrap it in slices of Orava bacon.

Wrap tightly together in baking paper and foil, so that no juices leak out.

Place the prepared pork tenderloin on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
