Stuffed Savory Pancakes
Delicious and hearty stuffed savory pancakes are a great choice for a quick lunch or dinner.

- 200 g special fine flour
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 500 ml milk
- salt
Filling
- 300 g ham
- 1 pcs onion
- 100 g hard cheese
- 2 tablespoon oil
- salt and pepper

1. Step
Mix flour, eggs, milk and salt until smooth. Make the pancake batter.
2. Step
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden.
3. Step
We cut the ham and fry it in a pan until golden.

Chop the onion and add it to the meat. Sauté for a while, then add the grated cheese, salt and pepper.
