For the coffee
- 1 mug Espresso coffee
- 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur
For the filling
- 4 yolks Eggs
- 75 grams sugar
- 500 grams mascarpone cheese

- 2 cdas Cocoa powder

1. Step
Prepare the coffee and let it cool.
2. Step
Beat the yolks with the sugar until you get a whitish mixture.
3. Step
Add the mascarpone cheese to the egg yolk and sugar mixture and beat until you get a cream.

We dip the ladyfingers in coffee and place them at the bottom of a mold.
5. Step
Pour half of the mascarpone cream over the biscuits.

Repeat the layers until ending with a cream layer.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
