Valentine's Cake
A chocolate cake in heart shape is the perfect dessert for those who want to express their love with an exceptional and irresistible treat.

- 200 g cooking chocolate
- 200 g butter
- 200 g self-rising flour
- 200 g sugar
- 4 pcs Eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 100 g cooking chocolate
- 50 ml whipping cream

Directions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare a heart-shaped baking dish. Evenly grease it with butter.
On moderate heat, melt the butter and cooking chocolate until smooth. Let the mixture cool down.
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Then gradually add the eggs and the chocolate and butter mixture. Stir well.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for approximately 1 hour, or until it's baked. Then let the cake fully cool down.
Meanwhile, prepare the icing. Melt the cooking chocolate with whipping cream. Let the icing cool until it becomes thick enough to spread on the cake.
Once the cake has cooled down, pour the icing over it and let it cool until the icing has completely hardened.
