Strawberry Valentine's muffins with whipped cream.

Strawberry filling
- 200 g strawberry
- 2 tablespoon sugar

- 100 g whipped cream
- to taste sugar

Directions
We clean the strawberries, cut them into smaller pieces and put them in a pan. We add sugar and start to stew together. We stew until the strawberries soften and the excess water evaporates. We transfer the mixture into a pastry bag.

Prepare the dough. Just mix all the ingredients for the dough together in a bowl. We can mix manually or with a blender. Put the resulting dough into muffin tins. Use paper liners to line them.

Using a pastry bag, we now pipe strawberry filling into the dough. Bake these prepared muffins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes.
