Vegetable Soup with Egg
Recipe for a classic vegetable soup with egg, which I usually make during the week.

- 2 pcs carrot
- 2 pcs potato
- 1 pcs onion
- 1 pcs leek
- 4 pcs egg
- 2 spoon oil
Spices and herbs
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- bay leaf
- 2 pcs garlic

1. Step
In oil, fry the finely chopped onion and garlic until golden.
2. Step
Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for another 5 minutes.
3. Step
Add 1.5 liters of water, spices, bay leaf and cook for 30 minutes.
4. Step
Add the beaten eggs and cook for another 10 minutes.
5. Step
Season the soup and serve it hot, sprinkled with leek.
