- 500 g pasta
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1⁄2 Cup pitted kalamata olives, chopped
- 2 tablespoon capers
- 1⁄4 Cup parsley
- salt and pepper to taste

1. Step
Fill a large pot with water, add salt, and bring it to a boil. Add the pasta and cook as per the instructions on the packaging. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
2. Step
In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chilli flakes and cook until the garlic is fragrant.
3. Step
Add the diced tomatoes, olives, capers and a pinch of salt. Let this cook for 10 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
4. Step
Add pasta and toss. If needed, add the reserved pasta water.
5. Step
Season with salt and pepper. Serve with chopped parsley on top.
