- 150 g butter biscuits
- 90 g butter
Filling
- 500 g Smooth curd cheese
- 200 g sour cream
- 160 g confectionery sugar
- 1 pcs egg
- couple of Drops of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon special fine flour
- 70 g Nougat butter
Ganache
- 100 g white chocolate
- 75 ml whipped cream

Directions
We put the graham crackers into the grinder, grind them and add the melted butter to them. Spread the mixture evenly at the bottom of the mold.
We will use a 24 cm form and we will put baking paper at the bottom (just the bottom)
Prepare the filling by placing all the ingredients into a larger container and mix with a hand mixer. Apply evenly to the base and bake in a preheated oven at 150-160 C for about 35 minutes. Monitor during baking and when the edges catch a golden color, it is baked.
After baking, leave it in the slightly open oven for about an hour to prevent it from cracking. Afterwards, take it out, let it cool at room temperature, and in the meantime, prepare the ganache.
Let the cream warm up over medium heat, add the white chocolate and stir until it melts. Afterwards, evenly pour it on the cheesecake and tap the mold a few times onto the work surface to avoid bubbles. Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours, best overnight. After it sets, decorate with milk chocolate and Kinder Bueno.
