Whole Grain Rye Flour Pizza Dough
This recipe offers a healthy and nutritious alternative to traditional pizza dough. The use of whole grain rye flour not only makes the pizza tastier, but also adds a lot of fiber and nutrients.
Ingredients
- 500 g Wholemeal rye flour
- 2 package dry yeast
- 1 tsp Glucose
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 300 ml Warm water

Directions
Mix the dry ingredients: the flour, the yeast, and the sugar in a large bowl.
We add olive oil, then gradually add warm water, stirring continuously.
Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. After that, cover the top of the bowl and let the dough rise at room temperature for 1 hour.
After the dough has risen, knead it again and form two equal-sized balls out of it.
Roll out the dumplings to the desired size, then place them in a preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until they turn golden brown.
After the dough is ready, add your favorite pizza toppings, and bake it for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges become crispy.
