Zucchini Pancakes with Tuna

- 1 pcs medium sized zucchini
- 1 pcs canned tuna in olive oil
- 40 g Whole grain breadcrumbs
- 1 pcs large Egg
- 1 ts dried basil
- 1 ts black pepper
- 1 ts table salt

1. Step
Grate the zucchini finely, salt it, and let it stand. Then drain it.
2. Step
Mix the tuna with grated zucchini.
3. Step
Add bread crumbs, egg, basil and spice. Mix well.
4. Step
Form patties from the shaped mixture and fry them in a pan.
