- 200 g Buckwheat flour or other

Blend the cottage cheese using a hand blender. Mix all the ingredients for the dough. Knead the dough. Evenly spread the dough over the bottom and edges of a 20cm diameter form lined with baking paper. Pre-bake in an oven heated to 170 degrees for 10 minutes.
Peel the apples and cut them into smaller pieces. Put them in a pot along with cinnamon and sweetener and add about 100-150ml of water. Cook until the apples soften slightly. Remove from heat. Mix the golden wheat in 50ml of water and stir into the apple mixture.
Pour the prepared filling onto the base and bake for 35 minutes.
After baking, let it cool completely.
