1. Step
Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and roast them in a pan with a little oil.
2. Step
Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
3. Step
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, grated ginger, crushed garlic and honey. Add this sauce to the pan with the meat and vegetables.

Stir well and let it sit on the pan for a while to blend all the flavors.
