Asian Salmon Vegetable Simple Stir Fry Noodles
A dish that will satisfy your seafood cravings, Salmon Stir Fry Noodles is a fusion of Asian flavors and rich salmon. This easy-to-prepare dish is healthy and flavorful, packed with veggies, noodles, and a sweet and savory sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 200 g egg noodles
- 2 tbls of vegetable oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 medium-sized carrot, sliced thin
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
- 1 Cup of snap peas
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- 2 tbls of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- salt and black pepper to taste
- A handful of sesame seeds for garnishing

Directions
Season the salmon fillets with some salt and black pepper, then set them aside.
Prepare your egg noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set them aside.
Cook the salmon in a pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes each side until it's cooked through and golden. Transfer it to a plate and flake the salmon meat with a fork.
In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of oil and sauté the garlic until it's fragrant.
Add the carrots, bell pepper, and snap peas, stir fry for 2-3 minutes until they're slightly soft.
Add the cooked noodles, salmon, green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and honey to the pan. Stir everything together and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve the salmon stir fry noodles hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
