  • 4 fresh ears of corn Added to
  • 12 Cup of mayonnaise Added to
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced Added to
  • 14 Cup of chopped fresh cilantro Added to
  • 12 Cup of grated Parmesan cheese Added to
  • 1 lime, quartered Added to
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder Added to

1. Step

Heat the grill on medium-high heat. Place the corn on the grill, and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the corn is charred and cooked through.

2. Step

In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, garlic, and cilantro, stir until well mixed. In a separate bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese and chili powder.

3. Step

Once the corn is done grilling, remove it from the grill and allow it to cool a bit. Then, spread the mayonnaise mixture over each ear of corn.

4. Step

After that, sprinkle each corn ear with the Parmesan cheese and chili powder mixture. Season with salt to taste.

Lastly, squeeze the lime quarters over the corn
