Baked pasta with cheese and broccoli
If you're looking for something simple and healthy that everyone in the family will enjoy, be sure to try this baked pasta with cheese and broccoli.
Ingredients
- 250 g pasta
- 200 g broccoli
- 200 g Email
- 100 ml cooking cream
- Salt, pepper
- Butter for seasoning

Cook pasta al dente in salted water according to package directions. I cooked them for 2 minutes less than indicated, so that they were nice and firm and didn't soften during further baking. Drain the pasta then set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, wash the broccoli and cut into smaller florets. Melt the butter in a saucepan and cook the broccoli until soft.
Add the pasta, cream and cheese to the broccoli, stir everything together and let it simmer on low heat for a while to allow all the flavours to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, until the top is nicely browned.
Serve warm.
