- 2 a piece lemons
- 6 cloves garlic
- olive oil
- salt

1. Step
Start by preheating the oven to 220°C.

Meanwhile, rinse the trout and pat dry with paper towels. 3. Season the inside of the trout with salt and pepper and add the garlic cloves. Then brush the trout with olive oil and place the lemon slices inside.

Wrap the trout in foil and place on a baking sheet.
4. Step
Bake it for about 20 minutes. This baking in foil is great because the fish does not dry out and stays juicy.
