Bean soup with vegetables and smoked meat
A tasty and filling bean soup with vegetables, complemented by the flavour of smoked meat.

- 500 g beans
- 1 pcs carrot
- 1 pcs onion
- 1 pcs parsley
- 2 pcs Potatoes
- 200 g smoked meat
- Salt, pepper
- 2 pcs tomatoes
- garlic
- bay leaf

1. Step
Soak the beans in water, preferably overnight. Drain and boil in a pot of water, add oil, whole onion, garlic, bay leaf and allspice.
2. Step
Cook the beans for about an hour until tender.
3. Step
In the meantime, fry finely chopped onion, carrot, parsley and diced potatoes in a frying pan.
4. Step
Add the smoked meat cut into pieces.
5. Step
Add the vegetables and sausage to the beans and cook for another 20 minutes.
6. Step
Then add the chopped tomatoes and season everything with salt and pepper.
