Bean Soup without Flour
This delicious and nutritious soup is ideal for cold winter days. The recipe is straightforward, easy to prepare, and is perfect for lunches and dinners. Bean soup without added flour is a lighter alternative to traditional recipes, vegetables, and sausage add a rich flavor to the soup.
Ingredients
- 300 g Bean
- 1 pcs carrot
- 2 pcs Potatoes
- 150 g Noodles
- 200 g sausage
- 1 pcs onion
- 3 pcs garlic
- 2 l water
- 1 pcs bay leaf
- 1 ts Whole spices
- 2 pcs chili peppers

Directions
Soak the beans in water overnight.
Clean the onion, garlic, carrot and cut them into smaller pieces.
Saute the onion in a pan and add garlic and carrot to it.
Add the pre-soaked beans, sautéed vegetables, and bay leaf, whole spices, and chili peppers to boiling water.
Cook for approximately 30 minutes.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Add potatoes, noodles and sausage to the soup and let it cook for another 20 minutes.
Season the soup to taste with salt and spices.
