Black noodles with shrimp
Blackened shrimp pasta recipe. Great for a romantic dinner for two, as well as for dinner with friends.
Ingredients
- 400 g Black noodles
- 500 g Fresh shrimps
- 3 cloves garlic
- Half a bunch of parsley
- Salt and freshly ground Pepper to taste
- juice of half a lemon
- 100 ml white wine
- Frying oil

Clean the shrimp and dry them. My advice is to always buy them whole and peel them yourself - the taste is much better.
Heat oil in a frying pan, add chopped garlic and fry for about a minute. Be careful that the garlic does not burn, as this will change the flavor of the dish.
Add the shrimp to the pan and fry for about 2-3 minutes, until they turn pink. Keep stirring the whole time to make sure they fry evenly.
At the same time, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Black pasta usually takes a little longer to cook than regular pasta, so take this into account.
Add white wine to the pan with the shrimp and cook until the alcohol evaporates. In my experience, it's a good idea to choose a light, fruity wine - it won't cover the flavor of the shrimp.
Add the cooked pasta to the shrimp, add chopped parsley, sprinkle with lemon juice, season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.
Serve immediately after preparation. The pasta is best when hot and the shrimp are juicy.
