Brownies from sweet potatoes
We love sweet potatoes. Not only are they great as a side dish but they are also great in baking.

- 2 pcs Sweet Potatoes
- 1⁄2 cups almond flour
- 1⁄2 cups cocoa
- 1⁄4 cups maple syrup
- 1⁄4 cups coconut oil
- 2 pcs egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt

1. Step
Start by baking sweet potatoes. You can bake them in the oven at 200°C for 45 minutes or even in the microwave as long as they are properly pierced with a fork and baked for the next 8 to 10 minutes.
2. Step
When the potatoes are done, let them cool, then peel and mash them. Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, eggs, vanilla and salt, and mix well.
3. Step
Prepare a deep baking dish, which you have previously lined with baking paper, and pour the mixture into it.
4. Step
Bake the brownies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 20 to 30 minutes.
5. Step
Once out of the oven, let the brownies cool completely before cutting.
