Butter Noodles

- 1 teaspoon salt
Butter sauce
- 100 g butter
- 1 clove garlic

1. Step
Halusky: Peel the potatoes and grate them on a fine grater. Add flour, eggs, and salt, mix everything and make a dough.
2. Step
From the made dough using a dumpling maker or grater, we create dumplings, which we put into boiling, salted water. Cook for about 5 minutes, until they float to the surface.
3. Step
Melt the butter in a pan, add crushed garlic and sauté briefly.
4. Step
Drain the cooked dumplings and mix them with butter sauce.

We serve it warm.
