Cabbage soup with egg
Kohlrabi soup with egg is one of my favorite dishes whenever I feel the need to warm up in cold weather. There's nothing complicated about it, so it's a great recipe for those who are just starting to learn how to cook.
Ingredients
- 1 pcs Large kohlrabi
- 1 onion
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 1 Spoon Salts
- 1⁄2 spoons peppers
- 4 egg
- 2 Spoons vegetable oil
- 1 l broth
- 2 Spoons Parsley

Directions
Let's start by chopping the onion and kohlrabi into small pieces.
Preheat the pot with a little oil and add the chopped vegetables and also the pressed garlic. Add a little salt and pepper to taste and slowly sauté until the vegetables start to soften.
Once the vegetables are soft, add the broth and let everything come to a boil. Bring to the boil and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. During this time all the flavours will combine.
Whisk the eggs and pour into the soup. Let them cook for another 10 minutes.
When the eggs are cooked, take the soup off the heat and add the parsley. Divide the soup into bowls and chop one egg on top for each bowl.
