Chicken on pineapple
This pineapple chicken recipe is one of my favourites, as it combines tasty pieces of chicken with exotic fruits. The pineapple adds a sweetness to the dish that contrasts perfectly with the other ingredients.
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 pcs pineapple
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon With
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cups rice
- Salt and ground black pepper

Directions
Wash, dry and cut the chicken breasts into smaller pieces. Clean the pineapple and cut into pieces similar in size to the chicken.
Mix the soy sauce, honey, salt and pepper in a bowl and let the chicken pieces marinate in it for about 30 minutes.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the marinated chicken to it. Fry it on both sides.
Then add the pineapple chunks and simmer everything together for a while. I can recommend adding the pineapple at the end, so that it stays a little juicy.
As a side dish, rice is suitable for this chicken.
