- 4 a piece Chicken cutlets
- 4 a piece Potatoes
- 1 cup Plain flour
- 2 a piece Eggs
- 2 cups Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
- salt and pepper to taste

1. Step
Clean, salt and pepper the chicken cutlets.
2. Step
Then coat each schnitzel in flour, egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
3. Step
Fry the coated cutlets in a pan with plenty of oil on all sides until golden brown.
4. Step
Peel the potatoes, cut them into fries and fry them in a second frying pan in oil.
5. Step
After removing them, salt them and serve with the noodle.
